Phil is a seasoned accounting professional with over two decades of experience in the film and television industry. His personal motto, "I put logical business order into your creative business," reflects his commitment to integrating financial discipline into creative projects.

Throughout his career, Phil has demonstrated a proven ability to manage and complete accounting projects ranging from $500,000 to $55 million USD. As a production accountant, he ensures timely fund flow into productions and oversees regular payroll and accounts payable processes. His leadership fosters a collaborative work environment, emphasizing respect within the accounting department and across production teams.

In addition to his accounting expertise, Phil has served as an executive producer and producer on numerous international productions. His comprehensive understanding of both the financial and operational aspects of film production makes him a valuable asset to any project.


Phil is also dedicated to sharing his knowledge through educational initiatives. He has led workshops, such as the "Introduction to Accounting for Film," where participants learn about the duties and responsibilities of accounting assistants in the film industry and how their roles benefit a production.

Nikki is a talented filmmaker known for her diverse roles in the film industry, including positions as a second unit director, assistant director, producer, and director. Her notable works include the short film Gymnastics, where she served as both producer and director, and the upcoming project We Kill Them All (2025), where she is recognized as a first assistant director.

With a background that encompasses various aspects of filmmaking, Buziak has contributed to multiple projects across genres, showcasing her versatility and dedication to the craft. She has also worked on several television series, including SIN3056843, where she was involved in directing and assistant directing roles.

Her work is characterized by a commitment to storytelling and a passion for the visual arts, making her a rising figure in the industry. Nikki Buziak continues to push creative boundaries as she takes on new projects and challenges in the ever-evolving landscape of film and television.

With over 20 years in the film and television industry, Kelly-Anne Riess specializes in unscripted series and documentaries, with work airing internationally on networks like History Television, Investigation Discovery, and A&E Biography.

Her documentary Looking Forward at 100 won the Audience Choice Award at the 2023 Saskatchewan Independent Film Awards. She also produced and directed Finding Al, a CBC-aired feature funded by Telefilm’s Micro-Budget Production Fund (now Talent to Watch).

Riess understands production accounting, financing, and marketing for filmmakers. She can help with budgeting, tax credits, and audience engagement. A past CTV National Fellow, a participant in the Banff Spark Accelerator and the National Screen Institute’s Business for Producers program, Riess helps filmmakers bring their stories to life—on screen and on budget.
